Leadership
The Mariner's Wheel represents Leadership and emphasises responsibility, solution-oriented thinking, Discipline, and Integrity in youth development.
Excellence
At the centre are three concentric rings known as Adinkrahene, representing Excellence and reflecting the pursuit of Knowledge, the strengthening of Skills, and the maintenance of high standards in learning and innovation.
Creativity
Within the rings lies the spider's web (Ananse Ntontan), symbolising Creativity and encouraging Imagination and thoughtful Introspections that support original thinking and practical solutions.
